Planning a special event, such as your wedding day, should be a happy and stress-lite (because honestly, stress- free just isn’t realistic!) time in your life.
It is my goal to make the paper planning portion of that day a fun and special memory for you…to deliver unique custom packages of paper goodness right to your front door!
A few frequently asked questions about custom orders…
*When will work start and how long will it take?
Because of the custom nature of my items, I do not start production until payment is made. I prefer full payment, but if your budget just can’t handle it, I have been know to separate payment into installments (half before work starts, half when done and- this is important-BEFORE SHIPMENT). Just ask- we can work something out.
As for production time, there is no set answer. It’s dependent on several factors, including the volume of orders ahead of yours and quantity you need.
*What would be the cost of “—-” invitations, save the dates, etc?
The cost of the listing you were looking it is the actual cost per customized piece. So if you want 20 invitation sets and the listing prices them at $5 each, your cost is $100 plus shipping and any applicable taxes.
*Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Because there is so much hand detailing on every piece of paper that leaves my studio (printing is just the first step, with many more to follow), I do not offer discounts on any quantity.
*I like “this” but I don’t want “that” on it. I’m getting married in a rose garden- can you use roses instead of balloons (or bikes or birds)?
Maybe. I will do everything I can to accommodate your vision, but sometimes it’s just not possible. I promise to make sure you know that as soon as I do.
I usually ship at least twice a week, as orders are completed. Due to the custom nature of my work, I cannot guarantee shipping within “X” amount of time. If you are in panic mode and need you package yesterday, let me know. I will do the best I can (no guarantees, but I will try). All purchases shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside the US):
Please note that your purchase from me may be subject to customs fee (in addition to your purchase price) that you would be responsible for upon arrival. Each country has its’ own rules, so please consult with your local postal system before ordering if this may be an issue.
I feel it necessary to spell this all out for my own protection as well as yours. For all custom work, there is a firm no returns policy unless there is mistake on my end (please double and triple check the final proof I send before you give me the go ahead to start work on the full order). If you aren’t happy with your order, I will do everything I can to make it right but please, if you aren’t 100% sure about placing a full order, consider purchasing a sample first.
